SUNK LOTO @ THE GREENHOUSE TAVERN
Coffs Harbour
December 23rd 1999
Sunk Loto kicked off what really was their best show I have ever seen with Lift, which threw the crowd into mosh-madness... this show was full of energy and last approximately 45 minutes, the longest show I have seen them do yet. Sunk Loto played their EP, plus about 6 other tracks, all of which rocked. You could tell the band was into it, and at one point Jason was nearly pulled into the crowd. The highlight of the gig was definitely the closing, which was the song "Submission" which seems to be everyone's favourite. Throughout their set they handed out stickers, which is becoming like a Sunk Loto tradition. Dane also threw his drumsticks out again, and Jason threw out the set list written on a piece of frilly white serviette paper or something. However, I wasn't lucky enough to view it. It was good to see Sunk Loto performing away from home and this gig showed they are going to be one of the best live acts around.
